Shipping Policy
All products are shipped by Postal Service (CTT in Portugal) or MRW shipping company.
"Normal" shipping will be done by Postal Service. However, we strongly recommend the use of MRW shipping company, in order to ensure a fast delivery and safety of your order.
No need to be shipped because you happen to live nearby or you are actually visiting the city? We also got you covered.
Feel free to schedule a pick-up delivery and let's do it personally.

Return Policy
You can exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package.
We don't do refunds.
Are considered as non returnable products : accessories and sales pieces.
The customer must send the item to our local and Nayoh is not in charge of any costs due to the return.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs and Nayoh is not responsible for the products transport.
Process
First, send an email at nayoh.contact@gmail.com (with a picture and name of the product you want to return).
Then, when the product arrives at our local, and after our quality control to ensure that the piece is in the original condition, the reimbursement will be carried out by the same way the customer placed the order.
Nayoh Is not responsible for the transport or costs of sending the products returned for refund.

We advise to send the package by registered post. Nayoh is not responsible for customs costs and delays.
A refund is made within 14 days after reception of the package.
Vintage clothes sometimes have to be washed in a particular way (temperature, products used...). Refer to the etiquette if it exists, or check the materiel to not damage the clothes.
Nayoh is not responsible for the incorrect washing or use of its articles.
Orders that returns with wrong address or not pick up at post, will be available to send again or pick up on our local for 4 months. After those 4 months, order will be canceled without refund.
The customer is responsible for paying for his own shipping costs.
